STORY OF THE WEEKš„š¤
Elections are done, Kenya has decided, and we are back in the office to keep the ngeni fire burningš„. A huge round of applauseš to fellow Kenyan citizens for being peaceful throughout this period. The key aspect of this election and others that have taken place in previous years is the role of Technology in enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and convenience especially when it comes to results transmission.Ā
The mood at the ngeni offices this whole week has been mild since we are all trying to settle in after the long election holiday break. Our working schedule has changed till the inauguration day and this is to ensure the safety of our members to and from work. Previously, our normal working hours were from 12 P.M to 10 P.M but now we work from 10 A.M to 4 P.M
We are glad to inform you that this has not slowed down our productivityšŖ at all. We are still developing and delivering to our esteemed customers both in and outside Africa. The ngeni team is well known for adapting perfectly to any situation, and this right here is our strength.
While we certainly dedicate most of our time to coding, our beloved developers usually find time to play and chill. We have a large swimming pool on our office rooftop (one of the many facilities that ngeniĀ get to enjoy and utilize) where you will once in a while find a group of developers chilling, basking in the sun, and catching up. Itās evident from the picture aboveā because seriously, whatās work without play?š
